Thad Thrash
Thad Thrash established Thrash Construction Services, LLC (TCS) in 2012, and utilizes his 37 years of experience in the construction industry to ensure that the company runs productively and the client's needs are met. TCS is a single-owner LLC, with a continued focus on providing general construction services to the Southeast construction markets. Chris Cox
Chris Cox has been with TCS since it was founded in 2012. With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris utilizes his strong communication skills to ensure clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and other TCS employees to facilitate project completion on time and within budget. Every day is different in the construction industry, and Chris understands the value of adaptability and team work to overcome obstacles as they arise.
In his free time, Chris enjoys cooking and cooks for the annual "Battle of the Gumbo Gladiator" fundraiser with the TCS team every year.

Jonathan Polk
Jonathan Polk is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial construction bringing over a decade of experience to his role as a Project Manager at TCS. With a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex projects, Jonathan has become a vital asset in assuring the seamless execution of high-profile construction ventures. Jonathan joined the TCS team in 2014 and in 2021 relocated to Nashville, TN to spearhead the TCS Nashville Division.

Eddie Breaux
As a Project Manager at Thrash Construction Services, Eddie Breaux brings over 25 years of expertise in the construction industry. He is a dedicated manager, whose main goal is to ensure our clients receive the highest quality services that meet and exceed their expectations. While not at work, Eddie enjoys outdoor activities and is a member of several charitable and conservation groups.

Rachel Thrash
After many years on the sidelines, Rachel Thrash joined the TCS team in 2022. Rachel has a BA in Economics from Mizzou. As an insurance broker for many years, she has detailed knowledge of the liability and business practices of company operations. Rachel retired in 2022 from the insurance industry to be more involved in the family business. Rachel is involved in the Human Resources, Accounting, and Financial Reporting functions at TCS. Rachel and Thad have been married for over 30 years and are proud parents of 3 young men and one happy Lab named Ranger (who is often at the office).

Cindy Smith
Cindy Smith has been with Thrash Construction Services since it was founded in 2012. Cindy’s many years of experience make her an invaluable asset to the company. Cindy works side by side with the Project Managers , trains new employees, and works to solve any unexpected issues that might arise in a day. Cindy loves to travel and is a big fan of music.

Lindsey Dupree
Lindsey Dupree has been working with TCS since 2015. She worked as an accounting clerk for her first 7 years and now works as a Project Administrative Assistant for our Nashville, TN Division.

Dorrie Mathias
Dorrie Mathias has been with TCS since 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and supports project manager Chris Cox.
Dorrie moved to Louisiana in 2004 from Wasilla, Alaska. Dorrie has previously worked in sales at Lowes and with CAD Kitchen Design, giving her valuable insight into the construction industry.
Dorrie enjoys baseball and softball and was a coach for many years as her kids were growing up and playing. Dorrie's favorite thing about working with TCS is the opportunity to learn new skills and strengthen her professional skill set.

Gene Coulter
Gene Coulter has been with TCS since it was founded in 2012. He first worked with Thad Thrash, TCS's founder, in 2005 as a lead carpenter. Within 2 years he became a superintendent.
The thing Gene enjoys most about his job is the sense of accomplishment that comes with completing a project. In his spare time, Gene enjoys going out to the local country dances and senior centers. Gene also likes to support local businesses.

Mark Farmer
Mark Farmer has been with TCS since 2019 after 23 years of Active Duty Air Force service in a Civil Engineer unit. His role in the Air Force was to build and maintain runways and road systems all over the world. Mark worked with trade personnel on a regular basis to schedule outages, install new utilities under paved surfaces and coordinate construction work which lead to an easy transition into his Superintendent role at TCS.
Mark uses his experience to coordinate and schedule projects and to complete projects on time and in-budget.

Brett Hammond
Brett Hammond is a Superintendent at Thrash Construction Services with 18 years of helping clients and business owners with ground-up construction and/or remodels of existing spaces. As a superintendent, Brett uses that experience to help the clients build the vision they have on paper and make it a reality.

Christopher Baker
Christopher Baker is a Superintendent at TCS with 9 years of experience helping clients and business owners with interior renovations, remodels, and demolition projects. As a Superintendent, Chris uses his experience to ensure that the client is satisfied with every aspect of the project. Chris enjoys working in a team setting to achieve the goals of the project.

Ethan Ginn
Ethan Ginn has been with TCS since 2022 and uses his experience to manage daily construction activities on-site, coordinate and schedule work with subcontractors, adhere to safe work practices, and ensure a quality product is turned over to clients. Ethan is a graduate of the ULM School of Construction Management.
In his free time, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family and 2 dogs and all things outdoors.
Assistant Superintendent
Jacob Nici
Jacob Nici provides project oversight and estimating for new projects out of the TCS regional office in Nashville, TN. After graduating from Louisiana State University in 2017, he has built his career around commercial real estate development and construction. His collaborative efforts with subcontractors, architects, and the project management team help us uphold our projects’ deadlines and budgets.
Jacob enjoys LSU and New Orleans Saints football, the outdoors, real estate, and spending time with family and friends.
